See where your order is in 3 easy steps:
1. Get your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
3. Enter the tracking number and click "Track" (orange button, right hand side)
Things to keep in mind:
- Order numbers do not instantly update. It usually takes a day or two, but can sometimes take up to 5 days (especially with Coronavirus shipping impacts) - so please don't be alarmed, you're in good hands, it hasn't evaporated.
- Depending on the destination shipping times can vary greatly from as quick as 7 through to 30 days. This is country and customs dependant. Sometimes these delays are simply unavoidable - and we sincerely apologise. We know how annoying it is waiting for something to arrive.
- If we were the government, we'd change it (and a few other things... like tax and speeding fines...) but unfortunately we're not.
- If you can't find the email confirmation, please check "Promotions", "Spam", "Junk" and other miscellaneous folders aside from your main inbox.
- 17Track are NOT the shipping company. Our international fullfillment warehouse will pick the best shipping based on your individual country. 17Track simply offer us a centralised service to track through any provider, rather than sending people to 100+ different shipping companies we work with.
